Thank you for a successful community safety event at Merchant Square

Dear Partners, Residents, and Members of the Public,

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who participated in and supported our recent community safety event.

The initiative was highly successful, thanks to the excellent collaboration and support from all parties involved. We are particularly grateful to the Merchant Square management team, who kindly provided vital crime prevention materials for public distribution.

During the event, officers security-marked and registered a large number of bicycles on the BikeRegister database to help tackle cycle theft. In addition, officers engaged in meaningful, constructive discussions with local women and girls regarding Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG). We also distributed a significant number of information leaflets covering personal safety, mobile phone theft, and drink spiking awareness.

Overall, the event was a great success and conducted to the highest professional standard.
